La Bacchi espresso
Recently launched on the market is a new coffee machine that seems to be the perfect intersection between Mocha and Espresso machine.
In recent times companies have been trying to market innovative systems to prepare espresso. This step forward that they propose to do is to have the cheapest espresso machines or machines that do not need electricity or very handy in some cases almost laptops.
In some fairs we have seen this machine, which could be the perfect meeting point between mocha and espresso machine. This is as you can see in the movie below a water container, as in traditional moka stovetop machine that is screwed firmly into place with a filter containing coffee. The machine is placed on a flame at home or camping whereever and does not need electricity and pumps (unless you have electric stove of course). I honestly have not gotten to see it make coffee or taste the coffee itself to see if it is closer to a Mocha or an Espresso. Have some of our readers have tested this?
